  To start with, I want to declare that I have no connection with Rayrigg motors other than as a customer. About a month ago I decided to buy a car for my daughter and went into Rayrigg Motors as it was the nearest garage to us. Anyway, as it turned out there was a nice little Kia 1.5 diesel in the showroom that suited our requirements for £6400 so I decided to buy it. There was a 3 year manufacturer's guarantee still with the vehicle, without being asked Peter reduced the price, put on two brand new tyres, replacing two tyres that I though were ok anyway and made sure the car got a full service and 12 months MOT. Last week my daughter phoned me because one of the new tyres had blown out (as you may know, there is no warranty from tyre manufacturers) and also she said that the clutch pedal was near to the top of it's travel so I called Rayrigg Motors and booked the vehicle in with the service department. Today we picked up the vehicle. They had put in a a new clutch, found and fitted a replacement tyre, fixed another puncture they had found in another tyre and washed the vehicle too; all for no charge! So I would like to give a very big thank you to Mike in the service department and also to Peter who helped us decide what car to buy when we first went in.
